It comprises all the activities dedicated to manage the aviation programs starting from the commercial activities (looking for new businesses) and including all the program management disciplines applied to them. It includes:

1. Commercial
2. Project planning and implementation
3. Configuration and information management
4. Cost and schedule management
5. Integrated logistic support
6. Risk management
