DEFINITION:

Covering design methodologies and technology for space application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) and field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). Digital and analogue designs, including IP cores.

Methodologies: Rad-hardening by design allowing usage of commercial technologies; System-on-chip design methodologies; Hardware- Software co-design; usage of reprogrammable FPGAs for space applications; high-performance and low power signal processing algorithms and processors; analogue IC design.
